Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RoastMyLanding at roastmylanding.lol, operated by DevsCult Technologies Pvt Ltd (“DevCults”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, submitting a URL, creating an account, or paying for a roast, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

RoastMyLanding is an automated conversion critique of a public landing page you submit. We fetch the page, capture screenshots, extract visible copy, and return a score, verdict, and findings. Roast tone (Polite, Honest, Brutal) changes the writing, not the underlying facts we can see on the page.

The service is not a legal review, accessibility audit, security test, penetration test, or guarantee that conversions will improve if you follow the report.

You must be 18 or older. Sign-in uses Google, GitHub, or a magic-link email. Keep your inbox and linked accounts under your control. We may suspend accounts that abuse the capture pipeline, evade rate limits, or submit URLs they have no right to analyse.

You represent that:

• The URL is a public page (no login wall, VPN-only host, or internal tool).
• You have the right to request analysis of that page.
• The page does not exist solely to attack, defame, or probe our infrastructure.

We may refuse or fail captures for private-network addresses, bot-blocked sites, oversized pages, or timeouts. Public pages only. Your ego may not survive. Your conversion rate might.

Findings, scores, rewrites, and verdicts are automated opinions based on visible page content at capture time. They can be wrong, incomplete, or dated the next time you ship. You decide what to change. We are not liable for copy you publish or for lost conversions.

Prices are in INR. GST is stated at checkout.

• Minimal Roast — free. Score, verdict, a short set of issues, one rewrite, and a share card. One free analysis per domain every seven days.
• Ultimate Roast — ₹99 launch price (first 500 websites; listed ₹299). Full category analysis, findings, rewrites, action plan, and a downloadable report for one domain.
• Re-Roast — ₹49. Fresh analysis of the same domain within 30 days of an Ultimate Roast, with before-and-after comparison. A different domain needs a new Ultimate Roast.

Payment is collected by an Indian processor (UPI, card, or netbanking). Access unlocks when payment succeeds. Launch pricing can end without notice once the launch allotment is gone.

Ultimate Roast and Re-Roast are digital goods delivered as soon as the report is ready. We do not refund a completed report except where Indian consumer law requires it, or where capture fails and we cannot complete the roast after a reasonable retry. In that case we refund the fee or let you resubmit the same domain at no extra charge.

Human Judge (from ₹2,999) and Fix It For Me (from ₹15,000, delivered by DevCults) are separate engagements. Submitting the enquiry form is a request for a quote, not a purchase. Scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts and may have their own terms.

You keep all rights in your site. You grant us a limited licence to fetch, screenshot, extract, store, and analyse the submitted page so we can produce the report and operate the service.

We own RoastMyLanding, including the product name, UI, scoring method, and report format. We licence the report to you for your internal business use, including sharing with your team or contractor. You may not resell our reports as a competing audit product.

We may use de-identified or aggregated patterns (for example, “unclear headlines are common”) to improve the product. We will not publish your full findings as a case study without your permission.

Do not:

• Submit private, authenticated, or internal URLs, or anyone else’s property without authority.
• Use the capture path to scan, attack, or scrape third-party systems.
• Attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits on our service.
• Upload or point us at malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to.
• Misrepresent a report as a human expert audit or as our endorsement of your product.

We attack the page, not the person. Do not use the roast to harass individuals.

We aim to keep the product up, but capture depends on the submitted site responding, and queues can be busy. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, launch prices, and limits can change.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that following a report will increase revenue, sign-ups, or rank.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DevsCult Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost conversions, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the roast that gave rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you used only the free tier.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from URLs you submit, content on those pages, or your use of a report, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service.
